Expedia Partner and Guest Diagram
The online travel booking website Expedia was looking to consolidate content from multiple sources into two visual display revealing a hi-level overview of their Partner and Guest journey. A strong use of white space and a modest palette, along with user-friendly graphics and simple iconography painted a clear, easy-to-follow picture of the various pathways and influences affecting each actor. The final diagrams were presented to UX Research Department staff as small-format posters for easy distribution as a pdf.
