Illustrations for The Packard Foundation
Leading philanthropic funders, such as the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, increasingly recognize that committed and effective leadership among individuals, organizations, and communities can be a powerful vehicle for driving social change. In order to increase their effectiveness, however, these leaders must adopt an expanded set of competencies—skills and capacities that further a specific goal or agenda, and help solve the complex, systemic issues facing society today. Working closely with the authors from ORS Impact, we were tasked with creating a series of abstract illustrations that aligned with some of the key concepts expressed in their brief addressing leadership evaluation and development.
